Shah Holdings LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates REPSAgent at repsagent.net. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account — either directly or via Google Sign-In — we collect your name and email address.

Activity data. We store the activity logs you create, including task descriptions, hours, dates, property addresses, and any proof files you upload.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data. We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostic purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the REPSAgent service
• To process subscription payments and manage your billing
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription receipts) via Brevo
• To generate AI-assisted activity log entries using Amazon Bedrock
• To respond to support requests sent to support@repsagent.net
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party service providers necessary to operate REPSAgent:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, authentication (Cognito), storage (S3), and database (DynamoDB)
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Google — optional Google Sign-In authentication
• Anthropic / Amazon Bedrock — AI processing of activity log inputs
• Brevo — transactional email delivery

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Shah Holdings LLC or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and activity logs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), AWS managed encryption at rest, and authenticated API access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@repsagent.net. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

7. Cookies

REPSAgent uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

REPSAgent is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
